This is a little wordy, but some things clients just need to know and this page is for you.

  • The Desktop Analysis – Sounds probing, but it’s not. A simple chat to understand what it is you want. The special skill here is listening. At this stage many clients have a concept or some general ideas only.  Or you may know exactly what you want and when you need it. This is very true of franchised businesses. We chat things through and see if we can help. Costs you nothing.
  • The Concept Stage – This is our first visit, putting eyes and ears on the job. Getting right to it, talking things through at a basic and easy to understand level or a full technical discussion on everything you want to cover. Suggestions will be made on how to improve finish and how to reduce costs. It’s all about listening, understanding and offering advice. This is not a sales visit, and there is absolutely no hard sell. Costs you nothing.
  • The Offer of Design – We provide a full design service on CAD and SketchUp. If you have your own design that’s great, and it doesn’t have to be in a professional format either. The design we offer looks amazing but it is so much more. Everything in the design is there for a specific reason, our expertise makes sure you don’t make any costly mistakes. You can have exactly what you want but we will always offer alternatives when we see them. We are working with you on your project, you are investing in your premises and in our expertise. Costs you something (the Design Fee) or costs you nothing.
  • The Design Fee – A one off design fee has to be charged for this service as it is technical and time consuming. We keep this as low as possible and you own the design afterwards. You will need a design produced anyway for your project to run smoothly and to satisfy third party considerations from landlord, local authority, etc. If you go ahead with the job with us the full cost of the design fee is refunded to you. We think this is pretty fair. You own the design and if you want to go elsewhere you totally can. If you do and you hit any problems we’re always happy to offer free advice, just pick up the phone or fire across an email. No manufacturing will commence until the Design Drawings are signed by the client. Costs you something, or costs you nothing.
  • The Approval of Design Stage – The client signs off the approved design drawings for the project. Everything contained within the drawings is exactly how your project will look. No manufacturing will commence until the Design Drawings are signed by the client. This finalises the design; you know what you are getting and we know what we are going to create. We are of course flexible in our approach, and if you decide during the shopfitting stage that you would like additional works to be carried out we will happily do these for you through our Additional Works Authorisation Form. We will never carry out additional work without your go ahead. We don’t work this way. Costs you nothing.
  • The Deposit – When you pay your deposit for the project this guarantees and sets your manufacturing slot. The Schedule of Works (what is happening and when) is then produced around this. Costs you something, but only a percentage of the cost of the job.
  • The Schedule of Works – A dated programme of works is produced. This will detail our work, related trades and equipment deliveries and installations. A vital project management tool. Costs you nothing.
  • The Shopfit – Our staff create the concept in your Design Drawings. After the design stage, this is definitely the most exciting bit. It all becomes real. Costs you the balance of the price of the project.
  • The Snagging Phase – This happens during the last 3 working days of a full shopfit. This is to ensure that the finish is to your (and our own) very high standard. This takes care of those annoying little things that are a mild irritation rather than a problem. Costs you nothing.
